The Board of Directors of ARTECO operates as a corporate body within the provisions of the law with perpetual succession and a seal being a legal identity.
The Board is composed as follows:
ARTECO has two patrons namely:-
1. Pastor Cyril Pembamoyo Phiri - Pastor
2. Mr. Rolf Eriksson - Farmer
Policies are formulated by the 9 board of Directors
1. The Chairman - Mr. John Ayor Ayo - Teacher
2. The Vice Chair Lady -Mrs. Nawa Phiri – Economist
3. The Treasurer - Mr. Emmanuel Mwale - Marketer
4. The Executive Director - Ms. Marian Chishimba – Human Developer
5. The Projects Coordinator - Mr. Jolly Mulenga - Business Administration
6. The Development Coordinator- Mr. David Bwalya - architecture
7. Member No. Pastor Evans Mwanda - Teacher
8. Member No.2 Mrs. Rebellia Monde - Accountant
9. Member No.3 Mrs. Dorothy Eriksson.- Business Lady
The functions of the Board are:
To ensure that the business and undertakings of the ARTECO are carried out;
To formulate the policies of ARTECO, and to engage such number of believers as staff in the administrative and other positions as the Board may consider necessary and under such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.
